We do not retain personal data indefinitely. Each data type has a specific retention period based on its purpose and applicable legal requirements. Once the retention period expires, data is either permanently deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Submit a Deletion Request
    You may submit your request through any of the following methods:
    • In-App / Website: Log in to your account, go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data, and follow the on-screen instructions.
    • Email: Send a request to privacy@eaurio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
    • Phone: Call us at 626-346-3563 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) and ask to speak with our Privacy Officer.
    • Postal Mail: Send a written request to:

  2. Identity Verification
    To protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests, we will verify your identity. This may involve:
    • Confirming your account email address
    • Sending a verification code to your registered email or phone
    • For account-level deletion: requiring you to log in before deletion

    Upon verification, we will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If the request is complex or large in scope, we may extend this period by up to 60 additional days and will notify you of the extension.

    Upon completion:
    • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our active systems
    • Your data will be removed from backups within 30 days of the next backup cycle
    • Certain data may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax records, transaction records for legal compliance) — see Section 4
    • Anonymized/aggregated data that cannot be linked to you will not be affected
